Hi Friends!
I’ve been a bit silent on the blog lately, but spending lots of time at the barn, in the garden, and in the woods, soaking up this beautiful spring weather. Though it's nearly impossible to choose, May might be my favorite month of the year. Misty mornings, the magical fragrance of blossoms drifting on the breeze, golden afternoons, the trill of birds, rosy sunsets...the whole world seems to burst with new life. By the second and third weeks of May, snowy blossoms emerged from pink-tinted buds on the apple trees around our backyard meadow and in the old apple orchard. The blooms lasted for a few brief but spectacular days, transforming the quiet meadow into an ethereal wonderland, perfect for a springtime pony pal photoshoot...and thankfully Esther and Harry were willing to help me...
